The expansion continued in 1998 with the establishment of a marble factory in Jeddah to meet the rising demand in the western region. Equipped with advanced cutting and finishing technology, the factory became a centre of excellence for marble countertops, flooring, and decorative applications, serving both domestic and regional clients.
In 2010, Afifi Group established the Afifi Resins Factory in Jeddah as part of its commitment to industrial innovation. The factory specialises in producing unsaturated polyester resins, casting materials, and fibreglass composites used in marble, solid surface, and industrial applications. With exports to Gulf and Arab markets, the factory became one of the largest resin producers in the Middle East.
Building on its growing success, Afifi launched its wood manufacturing facility in 2015 to provide integrated kitchen and furniture solutions. The factory produces MDF, HPL, and veneer panels of various colours and thicknesses, supporting the local furniture, cabinetry, and interior design industries with Saudi-made quality.
In 2017, Afifi Group inaugurated its marble factory in Riyadh to enhance its nationwide presence. The factory serves as a strategic hub for supplying marble products to the central region’s growing real estate and hospitality sectors.
