GulfMica Factory is one of the first Saudi factories established in 1425 AH (2004) in Dammam to manufacture High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) sheets, commonly known as Formica.
These sheets are the primary component in kitchen, household, and office furniture production.
The factory was built with modern production lines and operates under international quality standards, managed by a team of specialised engineers and skilled technicians.
GulfMica manufactures a full range of HPL products including MDF boards, veneer sheets, and compact laminates, ensuring precision, durability, and aesthetic quality.
Formica Sheets:
Available in over 500 colours and 15 patterns, with thicknesses from 1 mm to 30 mm, and sheet size 130 × 280 cm.
Veneer Sheets:
Single-sided phenolic sheets, smooth on one side and textured on the other for easy bonding to plywood or MDF, with thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 1.2 mm and sizes 122 × 244 cm or 122 × 280 cm.
Compact Sheets:
High-density laminates resistant to bacteria, moisture, and fire, suitable for bathroom cubicles, cabinets, façades, furniture, and laboratory surfaces, with thicknesses from 4 mm to 30 mm and the same sheet sizes as above.
MDF Boards:
Fibreboards imported from Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and China, available in various colours and thicknesses from 3 mm to 30 mm, sheet size 122 × 244 cm.
